The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Victor Armijo can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Fatima
Condolence: Uncle Victor, my dear uncle we will miss you every time we Armijo's get together for a family function. We will miss you all dressed up ready to dance, from head to toe in dapper western wear. That white strong looking mustache, with a cute smile showing through. Singing karaoke with Aunt Sharon, and trying to get us all to come up and sing, which we did till the wee hours - fun times. Sitting around the campfires and just catching up on what was happening at y'alls ranch. Helping me with tunas for some excellent prickly pear jams and syrup. I will miss you, my family will miss you. We love you with all our heart. God bless you and keep you. We love you Aunt Sharon.

Condolence From: Jon Engebretson
Condolence: I am so sorry to lose my new found friend, Victor. Being a close friend of Carol and Bill Alexander, Carol kept me up to date on Victor’s fight with cancer. Earlier this year I was able to visit Victor at his home and I felt an immediate bond given Victor’s faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. He was so hoping for a miracle cure, not really for himself, but for his family, especially for Sharon. Victor Armijo was to me a wonderful kind man and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him well and I will miss not having the time to know him better. Rest in peace and comfort my friend and all God’s blessing on Sharon and your entire family. Jon Engebretson

Condolence From: Shirley & Sonny Cordero
Condolence: It is with the saddest of hearts that we send our deepest sympathy to the Armijo family. Victor was a precious friend for over 50 years while living in California. He was a kind man, a man who loved his family and his friends. We have happy memories of house parties in the 60s & 70s, holiday family dinners, picnics, camping at CA beaches and in Yosemite with our kids, having fun around the campfire when a bear raided an adjacent camping spot and scared the heck out of all of us. Victor could not resist a nap! While camping, he & Sonny went looking for firewood, they separated and Sonny found Victor without any firewood, sleeping on a log! He was a sweet guy, we will miss him. His soul is now with our Lord, there is no more suffering, no pain. His wife, Sharon, his children & grandchildren, his surviving siblings & their families, as well as his former wife, Carol, our friend, will mourn the loss of Victor on this earth. But, praise God, we will see Victor again in Heaven! We love you, Sonny & Shirley Cordero & Family 🌺✝🌺❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✝🌺
